Does that work for just any art style? Anime drawing have exaggerated features so I was wondering if this work for that aswell?

I think the issue for me is, getting the art to actually resemble or even look like the person I want to draw I cannot seem to get that. Would love to know if there is a video on that.

I've always been pretty rubbish at art, but wow, I'm amazed at how not hideous the face I just drew is. Kinda makes me wish my art teachers taught these sorts of basics

I think the distance for the horizontal lines differ depending on male or female… males tend to have higher hairlines and longer chins…

soo unless I missed it several times, you say nothing about where to place the line for the corners of the eyes? mouth was a little above halfway between nose and chin, but what about the eyes? just go by feeling?

very handy, I've taken notes and drawn the steps. Mine was a chubby kid with one eye looking inward, but it's quite a bit better than what I could do before.

I used to try and draw faces and stuff and wanted to have my own art style(cuz ppl who have it just seem so cool to me)
But one day ,i just randomly like started drawing better faces cuz of just random lines n stuff
But if i had seen this
Earlier(seeing it 2 years later when it wz posted)
I'd have developed and learned so much,oh well, it's never too late to learn
