Sam has two fingers missing. Also, boxes are a great way to start if you're just a beginner at figure drawing, because it's easy to put them to perspective. And once you're comfortable with that, you can try more organic shapes like cylinders or circles. Or maybe it's the opposite. I don't know. I'm just a beginner.
