Why should I be shocked that so many AI tools are "free"? Remember, if you are not the customer, you are the product. AI wants to use you as a test subject. When it has learned all it can from you it will no longer be free. Thanks for the click-bait title.
I have been using CogniBypass to bypass turnitin and they even have bots that will send you turnitinās report. I can know turnitinās result beforehand.
