For example, Byte Dance, the creator of Tik Tok, recently released a research paper called Magic Video V2. It’s a text-to-video model that has shown significant improvement over previous models. If we compare Magic Video V2 to existing video models available, we can see that Magic V2 does a pretty decent job and is better than the alternatives. The comparison against Stable Video Diffusion, Pika, and Runway Gen 2 shows the capabilities of Magic Video V2.
