I Found a New Artificial Intelligence Indicator Combination for Profitable Trading

The first indicator you need to add to your TradingView account is the “Hybrid EMA Algo Learner.” This innovative AI-based trading indicator utilizes a KNN-inspired algorithmic approach alongside traditional exponential moving averages for more nuanced analysis. The script generates a 50-period short-term EMA and a 200-period long-term EMA to provide trend-following capabilities and identify long-term market bias.

The Hybrid EMA Algo Learner indicator has a scale from 0 to 100, where readings above 85 indicate a strongly overbought market and readings below 15 indicate a strongly oversold market. The indicator helps identify extreme movements and periods of consolidation in the market. You can customize the number of neighbors and the look-back period in the indicator’s inputs to adapt to different time frames and markets.

To complement the Hybrid EMA Algo Learner, we will add another confirmation indicator called the “Ultimate Buy and Sell Indicator” by Sherlock Mcgyver. This versatile indicator provides excellent buy and sell signals, spots periods of consolidation, and high buying and selling pressure. It mainly relies on the RSI indicator with Bollinger Bands for signals and offers a wide range of customization options for advanced traders.

The Ultimate Buy and Sell Indicator creates two types of signals: watch signals and buy/sell signals. Watch signals are various Bollinger band crossing events, while buy/sell signals are generated based on the outcomes of the watch signals. The indicator utilizes complex logic to handle alternating signals and different signal types to ensure accuracy in trading decisions.

Trading Rules

For Long Trades:

  1. Hybrid EMA Algo Learner line crosses below 15
  2. Receive a Buy Signal from the Ultimate Buy and Sell Indicator
  3. EMA reading remains below 15 at the time of the signal
  4. Place stop loss below the lower Bollinger band
  5. Set a fixed profit target

For Short Trades:

  1. Hybrid EMA Algo Learner line crosses above 85
  2. Receive a Sell Signal from the Ultimate Buy and Sell Indicator
  3. EMA reading remains above 85 at the time of the signal
  4. Place stop loss above the upper Bollinger band
  5. Set a fixed profit target

Remember, you can modify these rules based on the markets and time frames you trade on. It’s essential to adapt the strategy to suit your trading style and risk tolerance.
