It’s actually the Windows XP old background. I thought it was pretty cool. Anyway, I got a lot of AI news that I want to cover with you and show off some really cool stuff, so let’s just jump right into it.

Leak on the Next Version of GPT

Starting with the news that maybe we have a leak on the next version of GPT with GPT 4.5. Now, this isn’t confirmed 100%. This was found on Reddit. According to this leaked screenshot, GPT 4.5 is going to be the most advanced model with audio, vision, video, and 3D alongside complex reasoning and cross modal understanding. The leaked screenshot also shows the pricing list for the GPT 4.5 API, indicating different versions for audio, speech, and vision, with pricing that seems significantly higher compared to previous models. If true, it means we may soon be able to use video and 3D with the GPT 4.5 API in chat GPT, which is quite exciting.

AI Journalism

Also, Axel Springer and OpenAI are partnering to deepen the beneficial use of AI in journalism. This partnership aims to keep chat GPT up to date on the news so that it can provide updated information on current events and news using content from media outlets owned by Axel Springer. This is a significant development and a full circle moment considering that back in July 2023, Axel Springer and other top publishers were planning to sue AI giants like Google and OpenAI for using their content. The partnership now signifies a shift in their approach, aligning with the use of AI in journalism.

OpenAI’s Chat GPT Plus

Additionally, if you’ve been wanting to get into Chat GPT Plus but haven’t been able to because it was shut down, OpenAI has re-enabled Chat GPT Plus subscriptions after finding more GPUs. This is great news for those who have been waiting to become Plus members.

Google’s Latest AI Updates

Google also made several announcements this week, including the launch of Notebook LM, a tool for research and students to upload notes and documents and use a search box to find specific information from the uploaded documents. They also launched Gemini Pro API, which is available for developers to start developing with, and they rolled out Music FX, a tool for generating music based on specific prompts.

Meta’s Latest Innovations

Meta introduced their new audio box, allowing users to train their own voice and generate different types of speech. They also rolled out a new update to their Rayban sunglasses that integrates AI features such as visual recognition and translation. Additionally, Tesla showcased their new Optimus Gen 2 humanoid robot with impressive capabilities in movement and tactile sensing.

Advancements in AI Art

Mid Journey and Stability AI also introduced new updates and features, with Mid Journey version 6 in development and Stability AI releasing a new model for 3D image creation. Furthermore, Instagram and Snapchat both rolled out AI-powered background editing and image extension features, enhancing user creativity in content creation.

    – Sam Altman replied "Nah" on an X post when someone asked if the leak was real.
    – Gemini Pro pricing was discussed in characters and OpenAI's pricing was discussed in tokens. Pricing for Gemini and GPT-3.5 are actually similar (thanks to the comments section for pointing this out).

  4. My understanding on Mistral is as follows. The router is selecting two of the best of the eight models. This is done for every single token. They do not cleanly specialize like you imagine but instead the router had free reign on a per token basis on where information is kept. That is to say it still should act like a big blob from the outside looking in where the router is making decisions to mask the fact it is only checking 2 of 8 best possible experts for every token.

    Do you know of any GOOD photo image (for people) to Clipart (cartoon) AI software? It need NOT be free. MidJourney is not doing it correctly for me. It either still looks like the original photo, or the clipart comes out looking totally different. I need an EXACT clipart of what I input into MJ, thanks in advance.

If not, God will let you face AI on your own (with your own strength) and it will cast the truth down to the ground, it will be the cause of so much destruction like never seen before, it will deceive many and take many captive in order to enslave them into worshipping it and abiding in lawlessness. We can only destroy ourselves but with God all things are possible. God knows us better because He is our Creater and He knows our beginning and our end. The prove text can be found in the book of John 5:31-44, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12, Daniel 2, Daniel 7-9, Revelation 13-15, Matthew 24-25 and Luke 21.

    HOW TO MAKE GOD'S WORD THE STANDARD FOR YOUR LIFE?
    You must read your Bible slowly, attentively and repeatedly, having this in mind that Christianity is not a religion but a Love relationship. It is measured by the love you have for God and the love you have for your neighbor. Matthew 5:13 says, "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men." Our spirits can only be purified while in the body (while on earth) but after death anything unpurified (unclean) cannot enter Heaven Gates. No one in his right mind can risk or even bare to put anything rotten into his body nor put the rotten thing closer to the those which are not rotten. Sin makes the heart unclean but you can ask God to forgive you, to save your soul, to cleanse you of your sin, to purify your heart by the blood of His Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ which He shed here on earth – "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed", Isaiah 53:5. Meditation in the Word of God is a visit to God because God is in His Word. We know God through His Word because the Word He speaks represent His heart's desires. Meditation is a thing of the heart, not a thing of the mind. Thinking is lower level while meditation is upper level. You think of your problems, your troubles but inorder to meditate, you must let go of your own will, your own desires, your own ways and let the Word you read prevail over thinking process by thinking of it more and more, until the Word gets into your blood and gains supremacy over you. That is when meditation comes – naturally without forcing yourself, turning the Word over and over in your heart. You can be having a conversation with someone while meditating in your heart – saying 'Thank you, Jesus…' over and over in your heart. But it is hard to meditate when you haven't let go of offence and past hurts. Your pain of the past, leave it for God, don't worry yourself, Jesus is alive, you can face tomorrow, He understands what you are passing through today. Begin to meditate on this prayer day and night (in all that you do), "Lord take more of me and give me more of you. Give me more of your holiness, faithfulness, obedience, self-control, purity, humility, love, goodness, kindness, joy, patience, forgiveness, wisdom, understanding, calmness, perseverance… Make me a channel of shinning light where there is darkness, a channel of pardon where there is injury, a channel of love where there is hatred, a channel of humility where there is pride…" The Word of God becomes a part of us by meditation, not by saying words but spirit prayer (prayer from the heart). When the Word becomes a part of you, it will by its very nature influence your conduct and behavior. Your bad habits, you will no longer have the urge to do them. You will think differently, dream differently, act differently and talk differently – if something does not qualify for meditation, it does not qualify for conversation. Glory and honour be to God our Father, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and our Helper the Holy Spirit. Let us watch and pray… Thank you for your time.

  20. Someone needs to make a simple to use and run model that runs on local devices and can use the internet and any and all browsers and search engines. Screw training data, open this shit up to the web and allow it to train in real time from the web and not waste your hard disk space…

    They were blown away when I took a video of our CEO of the world… he was talking about our sustainability… in his Irish accent… as we are a part of an Irish company…. I went to 11 labs and made him talk Spanish…

    To be fair …. I was a bit scared… shared with a colleague who knew him….

    E-mail his so I did… that ended up going to head out of IT for the world who told me to share with head of information….

    Long story short I told an IT guy and he tested in one of his videos explaining CRM in Italian… they loved it and it worked…

Matt, I really love your channel but you really, really, really glossed over the implications of the deal between OpenAI and The NYT, NewsCorp (Fox), Axel Springer (Bild/Welt/Business Insider), and IAC (huge, owns Daily Beast, etc.). These are propaganda media conglomerates and they want their "news" placed prominently in AI responses… this is really bad for consumers ultimately
